Delivery Information
This page explains how delivery works at Generic Meds Mart, including available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, tracking options and important information about customs, delays and customer responsibility.
We work with international postal and courier services to deliver medicines from licensed suppliers to your shipping address. All delivery timeframes shown on this page are estimates only and can vary depending on destination, season, local postal performance and customs procedures. Cases of delay, loss or damage are reviewed under our Returns & Refunds Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Shipping Methods
Generic Meds Mart currently offers two main international shipping methods for most destinations. The options and prices shown at checkout are indicative and may be adjusted or confirmed by our team for specific destinations or complex shipments.
Registered Airmail (Standard Shipping)
- Estimated delivery time: approximately 18–25 days after dispatch.
- Service type: registered postal airmail with tracking number where available.
- Typical use: standard, non-urgent orders where the lowest shipping cost is preferred.
Registered Airmail is usually the most economical option. Tracking may be limited in some countries and may only update at key points (for example, departure from the origin country and arrival in the destination country).
EMS Express (Priority Mail)
- Estimated delivery time: approximately 6–12 days after dispatch.
- Service type: EMS Express or equivalent priority international mail with tracking.
- Typical use: time-sensitive orders where faster delivery is preferred.
EMS Express is faster and usually includes more detailed tracking than Registered Airmail. However, it may not be available for all destinations or all types of products, and shipping cost is generally higher compared to standard airmail.
These estimates are also used in our Returns & Refunds Policy when assessing whether a shipment is significantly delayed or may reasonably be treated as lost.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Delivery times shown above refer to the period after your order has been dispatched. Before shipment, we need time to:
- receive and confirm your payment;
- review your order details for completeness;
- prepare and pack the shipment with the selected products.
Most orders are dispatched within a few business days after payment confirmation. In busy periods or if additional verification is needed, processing may take longer. We will contact you if we need extra information before shipping.
We use secure pre-payment only, as explained in more detail on our Payments page. We begin processing and preparing your order only after your payment has been received and verified.
Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
We aim to ship to as many countries as reasonably possible. However, not all destinations can be served at all times. Some countries or regions may be unavailable due to:
- local regulations on the import of medicines;
- postal or courier service limitations;
- temporary disruptions or incidents affecting international mail routes.
Availability of Registered Airmail and EMS Express may also differ by country. In some cases, only one of these services will be offered at checkout.
Manual confirmation for some destinations
For certain destinations, high-risk regions or remote areas, the availability of shipping options and the final shipping cost may need to be confirmed manually after you place your order. In such cases:
- the shipping method and price shown at checkout are considered preliminary;
- we may contact you by e-mail to confirm the exact shipping cost, service and feasibility for your address;
- if we are unable to arrange a reasonable and compliant shipping solution, we will inform you and cancel the order before dispatch, without charging you for shipping.
We reserve the right to decline orders to destinations where delivery of medicines is not feasible, not reasonably safe or appears to be prohibited under local regulations. This corresponds to the situations described in our Returns & Refunds Policy where we may need to cancel an order before dispatch.
It is your responsibility to check whether ordering and importing the selected medicines is legal in your country. For more details about customer responsibility, please review our Terms & Conditions and Medical & Legal Disclaimer.
Customs, Duties & Local Regulations
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes or other charges in the destination country. These are determined by your local authorities, not by Generic Meds Mart.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- you are responsible for complying with your country’s import regulations and medicine laws;
- you are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes or handling fees charged by postal or customs authorities;
- customs inspections may cause delays that are beyond our control.
If a shipment is delayed, returned or seized due to customs or regulatory reasons, it will be handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and the limitations described in our Terms & Conditions.
Tracking Your Order
Most shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided to you after dispatch:
- Registered Airmail: tracking may show fewer events and may stop updating once the parcel leaves the origin country, depending on the destination postal system.
- EMS Express: usually provides more frequent tracking updates, including customs processing and delivery attempts where supported.
Please note:
- tracking may take several days to become active after dispatch;
- some postal websites only show updates after the parcel reaches the destination country;
- temporary delays in tracking updates do not always mean that the parcel is lost.
Delays, Lost or Damaged Shipments
While most shipments arrive within the estimated timeframes, delays can occur due to:
- public holidays or peak seasons;
- weather conditions or transport disruptions;
- customs inspections or regulatory checks;
- operational issues at postal or courier services.
If you believe your parcel is significantly delayed, lost or has arrived damaged, please:
- check the latest tracking information for any recent updates;
- contact your local postal service or EMS office with the tracking number, if applicable;
- contact our Customer Support with your order number, tracking number and a description of the issue.
Cases of delay, loss, damage or non-delivery are reviewed under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer reshipment, partial refund or other solutions, taking into account the shipping method, tracking information, customs outcome and whether the situation was within the customer’s control.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery Attempts
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays, returns or non-delivery caused by:
- incorrect or incomplete address information;
- failure to collect the parcel from the post office or courier pickup point within the allowed time;
- refusal to pay customs duties, taxes or handling fees.
If a parcel is returned to the sender due to address problems, unclaimed status or unpaid customs fees, further action (such as reshipment or partial refund) will be considered according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and Terms & Conditions.
