At Generic Meds Mart we use secure pre-payment only. Your order is prepared and shipped after we receive and verify your payment in full. This page explains how payment works, which general rules apply, and how it relates to our Delivery and Returns & Refunds Policy.

For security and compliance reasons, we do not list all payment options publicly on this page. Instead, we provide clear, step-by-step payment instructions by e-mail after you place an order, so you know exactly how and when to pay before your medicines are prepared and dispatched.

We work with several trusted international payment partners and banking solutions. The exact payment option(s) available for your order may vary depending on:

  • your country and region;
  • the total amount of your order;
  • the type of products you are purchasing.

How Payment Works

  1. You place an order on our website and provide your contact details, including a valid e-mail address.
  2. Our team reviews your order and determines which payment option(s) are available and most appropriate for your country and order.
  3. You receive an order confirmation e-mail that includes:
    • the total amount payable;
    • the applicable currency;
    • detailed payment instructions;
    • a deadline for completing the payment.
  4. You follow the instructions in the e-mail and complete the payment using one of the available methods for your region.
  5. Once we receive and verify your payment, your order status is updated to “Paid / Processing”, and we prepare your parcel for dispatch.
  6. After your order has been dispatched, you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.

Payment Review & Individual Instructions

Because of international regulations, banking rules and local restrictions, not all payment options are available in every country or for every order.

To minimise problems such as declined payments, unnecessary delays or compliance issues, we:

  • review each order manually before sending payment instructions;
  • match your order with suitable payment option(s) that are available for your country and order type;
  • provide personalised payment instructions by e-mail, tailored to your specific case.

This means that:

  • the main details of how to pay for your order are always described in the confirmation e-mail, not on this page;
  • different customers and different orders may receive different payment instructions, even if the prices are similar;
  • if a particular option is not available or convenient for you, we may, where possible, suggest an alternative payment route.

Currencies, Fees and Conversion

All product prices on our website are displayed in USD (United States Dollars).

Depending on the payment channel used, your bank or payment provider may:

  • convert the amount into your local currency;
  • apply its own exchange rate;
  • charge service, conversion or international transaction fees.

These charges are set by your bank or payment provider and are outside our control.

The final amount and currency to be paid will always be clearly stated in your order confirmation / payment instruction e-mail. If you need an accurate estimate in your local currency, please check with your bank or payment provider before completing the payment.

Payment Confirmation & Processing Time

The time needed for your payment to be confirmed may vary according to:

  • your country and bank;
  • the payment option selected for your order;
  • any security checks performed by the payment provider.

In general:

  • most electronic payments are confirmed within minutes to several hours;
  • some international transfers may take several business days to reach us.

We begin processing and preparing your order only after your payment has been received and verified.

Once your payment is confirmed:

  • your order status changes to “Paid / Processing”;
  • your order is usually dispatched within a few business days (typically 1–3 business days) after payment confirmation;
  • you receive a tracking number by e-mail as soon as the parcel is shipped.

Please note that the delivery timeframes shown on our Delivery page refer to the period after your order has been dispatched and do not include the time needed to receive and verify your payment.

Security & Privacy

We do not store full card numbers, security codes or access credentials to payment services on our servers. All payments are processed via secure, encrypted channels provided by third-party payment partners and/or banks.

Any personal data you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only to:

  • process your order;
  • communicate with you about payment and delivery;
  • provide customer support and address service-related issues.

We may occasionally request additional confirmation (for example, a payment receipt or transaction ID) if this is required to verify your payment and protect both you and us from fraud.

Important Notes

We do not offer:

  • cash on delivery (COD);
  • payment by cheque or money order;
  • in-person cash payments.

All orders must be paid in full before we process and ship them. If a payment cannot be verified, cannot be processed correctly or appears to violate our policies or applicable regulations, we may:

  • ask you to use an alternative payment option; or
  • cancel the order and, where possible, refund the payment in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Approved refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Among other things, that Policy explains:

  • when refunds or reshipments may be offered in cases of delivery problems;
  • how shipping costs and non-recoverable bank or payment provider fees are treated;
  • which situations related to customs, address errors or non-collection may limit or exclude refunds.
